Job responsibilities
1. Management, training and work arrangement of production personnel,
2. Supervision and assessment of employees' operation conditions, and control ability of on-site labor discipline
3. Patrol production progress, production exception handling, quality exception handling and follow-up
4. Follow up on the achievement rate of production plan
5. Discipline control and dispute handling of on-site operators / internal and inter departmental communication and coordination
