Battery System for Extreme Low Temperature and High Power
The battery pack can run reliably for a long time in extreme low or high temperature(from -43℃ to 50℃), and the peak discharge rate can realize 3C at low temperature(-40℃) and 30C at room temperature.
All-weather Environmental Adaptability
- Pre-heating rate of 10℃/min can be achieved by using low temperature thermal management technology, which means only 5 minutes is required for heating the battery to ideal working state from -43℃.
- High performance cooling technology can enable the battery run reliably and consecutively at high power in high temperature(50℃)
- “One-temperature-sensor for one cell” technolgy can all-time monitor the temperature of each cell, therefore can realize a more accured thermal management of each cell.
High Power Density
- At room temperature, 10s discharge power density can be up to 4kW/kg and 100ms discharge power density can reach 10kW /kg.
- All-time balancing technology with peak balancing current of 2A could assure the power of each cell can be fully utilized.
High Reliability Design of Battery Management System
- BMS with 5-cores is compliance with the standard of ISO26262
- Isolated internal and external redundancy dual-channel communication technology
- High precision synchronous detection technology for voltage and current
- Redundancy control algorithm with three controllers
- Model based comprehensive state estimation algorithm
- Redundancy algorithm for cell temperature signals
- Algorithm for parallel connection into network
Fully Domestic Parts
- All raw materials and parts, including chips, are domestic products.
- All production equipments, tooling fixtures, moulds, and are domestic produced.
- All Software , including bottom-layer software and application layer software, is independent developed.
