Research! 90 days of hard work, 8 test vehicles, 18,000 company road tests, a full set of DV experimental tests

On December 20th, Keyi Power established the "BMS Localization Research Team", R&D and procurement quickly determined the optional domestic chip manufacturers and models, procurement was responsible for signing supply guarantee agreements with manufacturers, and R&D was responsible for the performance evaluation of domestic performance. On January 11, the chip selection was finalized.

The research team exerted its continuous combat capability, completed the hardware design on January 15, welded the BMS circuit board of the domestic chip on January 19, and delivered it to the software engineer for software development. After 19 days of software development and testing, the BMS real-vehicle joint commissioning of domestic chips was finally completed before the Lunar New Year in 2021, enabling the vehicle to operate without faults.

After the Spring Festival, Keyi Power quickly set up a road test team of 8 vehicles to conduct road test tests under various working conditions. Beijing R&D has carried out a strict full set of DV tests on domestic chips in terms of electrical, temperature, mechanical vibration, EMC, sleep wake-up, CAN communication, etc. The test team at the customer's office cooperates with the customer to carry out the vehicle calibration test and the 18,000-kilometer road test test. Keyi Power Suzhou Electronics Co., Ltd. has carried out the production line design and trial production of domestic chip version controllers.

On March 15th, the team officially completed all internal and customer verifications, and on March 22nd, it obtained the customer's OTS license. At the end of March, Keyi Power's domestic chip version BMS was officially mass-produced, realizing seamless switching between imported chips and domestic chips, effectively ensuring the continuous supply of customer products.

After 90 days of scientific research, 8 test vehicles, 18,000 kilometers of road tests, and a full set of DV tests passed, Keyi Power has also completed a challenge to itself while standing the test of the market.
