Recently, the battery pack developed by Keyi Power for a passenger vehicle was tested according to the test method of "Zhongjihan [2017] No. 2 "Test Methods for Technical Indicators Related to Power Batteries and Fuel Cells (Trial)", reaching 151Wh/kg energy density. The energy density of the cells used is 200Wh/kg, achieving a mass group efficiency of about 75%.

　　The battery pack also has excellent life performance over 3000 cycles (test method: 25°C, 100% DOD, 1C/1C, 80% capacity remaining cut-off). At the same time, Keyi Power will use the unique "firewall" security technology to achieve thermal blockade after the thermal runaway of the battery cell, to protect the safety of vehicles and personnel to the greatest extent.

　　Electric vehicles equipped with this battery pack have been included in the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's "Road Motor Vehicle Manufacturers and Products" (batch 299) and the "Catalogue of Recommended Models for the Promotion and Application of New Energy Vehicles" (batch 8 in 2017). The battery pack will be mass-produced at Keyi Power's Suzhou plant in October 2017, and the production will be carried out by an automated production line independently developed by Keyi Power.
